Alumina continuous fiber can be used for hypersonic aircraft, antenna covers, and radar transmission covers. Using alumina continuous fiber as a new generation material with higher temperature requirements has become a trend. European and American countries have already applied this material to space shuttles, interstellar spacecraft, and weapon equipment, which can play a good role in temperature resistance and thermal insulation.

Alumina continuous fiber ceramic matrix composite material has excellent high-temperature strength and can be used for insulation layers in rocket engine combustion chambers, nozzle outlet cones, and other related components. It is also an ideal material for thermal structural insulation connections between solid engine nozzles and combustion chambers. In addition, it can also be used for the hot end components of aviation turbojet engines.

Alumina continuous fiber reinforced metal matrix composite materials can be used for mechanical parts that can withstand high loads and high-temperature and high-speed rotating parts, such as transmission devices for helicopters. It can also be used for solid rocket engine nozzles.

Alumina continuous fiber reinforced light alloy composite materials can be used in the military industry, such as reinforced aluminum based composite materials, which are ideal materials for armored vehicles, tank engine pistons. The US Army uses alumina continuous fiber reinforced composite materials to manufacture tank track plates, reducing the weight from 544Kg of cast steel to 272-363Kg. It can also be used to make solid engine casings for air launched missiles, with the same burst pressure as steel and a weight 11% lighter than aluminum alloy.
