Alumina continuous fiber cloth is woven from continuous aluminum oxide fibres, with an Al₂O₃ content of 72% or more. It is a soft, high-quality, high-temperature resistant woven fabric with good chemical resistance, low shrinkage rate, low thermal conductivity, thermal shock resistance, low porosity, and unique electrical properties. It can be used for a long time in high temperature scenarios up to 1100 ℃ and above, and is widely used in market fields such as aerospace, automotive, electrical, composite materials, and high-temperature industry.
According to the different composition of raw materials, our alumina fibre cloth product models are divided into AF17, AF18, and AF19 series. The types of fabric organization are plain weave, twill weave, and five satin.
The mass production application of alumina continuous fibres is a significant advancement in refractory fibre technology. Due to its superior flexible processing characteristics, it can be carefully designed and woven into various soft fabrics such as fibre ropes, fibre belts, and fibre sleeves. It is an ideal choice for fire insulation, insulation sealing, and lightweight applications.
