The alumina fiber high-temperature filter bag is sewn from alumina fiber cloth. It is a flexible, high-strength, low-thermal-conductivity and chemically resistant filtration product. With an advanced composite structure, it can operate continuously at 600–1000 ℃ in harsh conditions involving hot and corrosive gases, and is widely used for high-temperature dust filtration in heavy industries such as chemical, metallurgical and petrochemical sectors.

Alumina fiber cloth is woven from alumina fibers, which are mainly composed of alumina and silica and produced using an advanced sol-gelprocess. The fibers can be used at temperatures up to 1300–1600 ℃ and feature high temperature resistance, high mechanical strength, high elastic modulus, low thermal conductivity, excellent electrical insulation and strong resistance to chemical attack. The fibers are typically white, with a diameter of about 5.5–7.5 μm, and are considered a stable and environmentally friendly material.
Dongheng alumina fiber high-temperature filter bags are available in two models: DH-F and DH-S.
Non-standard sizes can be customized according to operating conditions and equipment connection dimensions.
Excellent high-temperature resistance: continuous operating temperature around 600–700 ℃, maximum service temperature up to 1000 ℃.
Good chemical resistance: stable against most acids, alkalis and oxidizing atmospheres.
Excellent electrical insulation and aging resistance: properties remain stable at elevated temperatures.
Outstanding thermal insulation: low thermal conductivity helps reduce heat loss in the system.
Long service life: typically 1–3 years, depending on operating conditions and service temperature.
Filter bags: round, flat and other structural forms
Filter cartridges and other filter elements
Special-shaped components customized according to drawings and operating conditions
