The alumina fiber high-temperature filter bag is mainly used for filtering pyrolysis gas in petrochemical industry. It is a new product developed by Shandong Dongheng Sinofibre New Material Co., Ltd. and has been highly praised by customers. Made of alumina fiber cloth through sewing, it features soft texture, strong designability and high tensile strength. With extremely low thermal conductivity and resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, it can be applied in high-temperature acid and alkali environments. Its long-term temperature resistance is about 600℃-700℃, and the ultimate temperature resistance reaches 1000℃.
Ordinary filter bags generally have a temperature resistance of about 200℃, and their service life is unstable, ranging from as short as 7 days to as long as 1 month, resulting in irregular replacement of filter bags.
Because of its many excellent properties, the alumina high-temperature filter bags can maintain stable filtering performance under high-temperature acid and alkali working conditions, with a service life of at least 6 months. It reduces the costs such as time and energy consumption caused by frequent replacement of filter bags for customers, thus being widely recognized by customers
