Alumina fiber needling blanket is made from alumina fibre prepared by sol-gel method through complex needling process.
Alumina fiber is composed of Al₂O₃ and SiO₂. The internal structure of the fibre is dense and the crystal form is stable. After the needle-punching process, the interlacing degree of fibers is greatly enhanced, resulting in excellent resistance to delamination, tensile strength, and surface flatness. Under high-temperature conditions, it possesses superior thermal insulation properties, allowing for long-term use in more extreme environments.
Our alumina fiber needle punched blanket product models are divided into 72 Type.
