The alumina fiber mat is made of alumina polycrystalline fiber , prepared by paper making process. It can resistant a high-temperature to 1300 degree. It is also light, and non expandable. One of its widely use is catalytic converter gasket, can protect and seal honey ceramic carrier. In the gasoline vehicles, it is can be used for TWC(three-way catalytic converter) and GPF(gasoline particulate filter); In diesel vehicles,it is can be used for DOC(diesel oxidation catalyst) ,DPF(diesel particulate filter) and SCR(selective catalytic reduction).
